it does pull quite harder than what it was for the pass year ...

as for the oversized TB and CAI , yes it did help getting power from the dyno graph I got earlier this year even if the car was apparently running of the knock timing map.
My baseline(fully stock) on the dynapack was 256whp up to 324whp *SAE* . this is quite an improvement , but I was expecting to see a bigger number on the dynojet.

I'm planing to go back on the same dynojet next March/April for some test again with the HR intake manifold and the OEM one.

wow. thats without the HR manifold? Not sure about the HP gains but I'm sure you'll torque will see a big bump.


where did you get your tb rebored?

my last dyno day with the dynapack and dynojet was with the HR intake manifold

I just want to do a proper test with the dynojet with and without the HR manifold.. !:)

but im gonna have to redo some spot on the MAF table and fuel comp. because as soon as I installed the HR intake manifold back on the Z ... the afr was all over the place !!

so its making 2 tune for each mod before going on the dyno and not waste too much $$ dyno time.


as for the TB ,, I had a shop in toronto doing the job and some tweak done on the shaft and buttlefly plate

2 summers ago I went to one of those 3 pulls for $50 + food things. I made 276Hp, 279hp & 282hp on my last pull. No mods were changed. What did I learn? Bapkis (sp:)(French:) Making changes at the track helped me the most.
