So I just changed my plugs after 32,000 and this is what all six look like .. Any suggestions ??? Thanx

I change mine after 48,000 looks almost same , maybe our engin not burning the gas well.
Any ECU tuning ?

Was your car running fine prior to taking the plugs out? If yes, then clean 'em up and put 'em back in.

Spark Plug choices
 
The number in parenthesis is the part number @ sparkplugs.com

Stock heat range of 24/8 (maybe to cold?)

Iridium
Denso FXE24HR11 (3457) gapped @ 0.043"
NGK DILKAR8A8 (93026) gapped @ 0.032"
(double electrode like the Densos; you'll have to carefully gap these to 0.043")

Copper
NGK LKAR8A-9 (4786) (gap these to 0.043")

One step warmer 22/7

Iridium
Denso FXE22HR11 (3442) gapped @ 0.043"
NGK DILKAR7B11 (1406) gapped @ 0.043" (double electrode like the Densos)
NGK ILZKAR7B11 (1654) gapped @ 0.043"

Copper
NGK LZKAR7A (6799) (gap these to 0.043")

Actually i did mentioned our cars runs very rich,it runs at 10.5:1,after doing the uprev,i lowered it to 12.5:1.
