Ugh getting cheated on. Need your opinions

I don’t really know where to start. I guess I'll first mention that I’ve been with my girlfriend for about a year and I love her to death. She's an amazing girl with great body, looks, and a personality to match

However, these passed few months have been challenging. We've grown distant and there are times when we don't talk for long periods at a time. We see, to be arguing more and more lately and often over the most trivial things.

A while ago, I saw her texting and laughing. I kinda looked over her shoulder a bit to see what was so funny. She quickly put her phone away and started yelling at me and we got in another fight over it. The other day though, she went to the bathroom and left her phone with me so i took a small look around. She has been exchanging some flirty/intimate texts with some random number much to my dismay.

So to get to the bottom of this, last weekend, I told her I'd be leaving for the day. I hopped in the Z and pretended to leave. I actually just went a bit around to corner to where I could still see our apartment. Imagine my anger when about 30 minutes later, I see some D-bag in a 335i roll up and watch her get in the car. As soon as he started to pull away, I began to follow.

We get to the freeway and he starts to accelerate away hard. I floor it to keep up and my car bogs down for what seems like eternity. When it finally responds, they've already created quite some distance between us and no matter how hard I tried to catch up, they just kept pulling away.

I am absolutely furious so I'm coming here for some input. If I'm trying to add a little more oomph to my car, would you guys recommend Cobb or UpRev?

I would recommend leaving her, once a cheater always a cheater, dont be a door mat, you deserve better, JMO..as far as mods, someone else can chime in on that

There seems to be a consensus that Uprev is the way to go but if you really want take on a 335i go with F.I. !

Uprev or not, if the 335 has even the slightest modding done to it you will need FI to keep up.....

I'm gonna make a similar thread on the beemer forums, where its the 370z that gets away from the 335i

Since Cobb isn't supporting the Accessport for the 370Z anymore you really shouldn't be considering it. I made that mistake with my Mazda when buying the Unichip. Was fine for about a year but with no new maps or company support the level of knowledgeable tuning for my application dwindled fast.

Granted you can always find guys who know how to tune an accessport on a Subaru, but if you plan to use this as your engine management long term I would suggest sticking to something that has the potential for future support on the car it is applied to.

I have actually been researching this as well. I think Uprev is your only option. Now that Cobb quit making the Accessport and HKS is moving out of the US.

i don't think anyone takes a thread seriously where a solution to a cheating girlfriend is to get your car tuned.
