Ecutek Tune Ideas

I'm going to be re tuning my 370 soon. I'm looking for ideas on what is most practical for maps, etc.

I have Performance map and a stupid pop map (which I'm getting rid of)

I'm thinking I'll keep my flat foot shifting and launch control.

Performance, Eco mode, Adjustable Traction Control and Throttle override are a few ideas.

Maybe one for 91 octane (since I can't always find 93 when on the road)

Can someone give me ideas on what is best and most used for this car. I can get up to 4 with the other modes on top of those obviously.

Thanks!!

Maybe get your tuner to also configure a Valet-mode.

It's already got valet mode, flat foot shift, launch control. He just wants to update everything since it was first tuned in 2017. He says things have come a long way since then and a fresh tune would help. I don't race or do any showing off, but I like spirited driving and not sure I really need much. Right now, I'm driving in performance mode, which is fine for me. Just curious what everyone else may have. I think maybe just add Eco mode and maybe adjustable traction control. I can have 4 maps with added features...just not sure what to put in all the maps.

Reach out to Eugene Turkov, he can go through all the features you have and want to add and can educate you along the way on why things should be tuned a certain way. He developed the first and only CARB legal twin turbo kit for our cars, so he really knows his stuff. Here’s a video example of what he can do: https://youtu.be/sjooEKQdp0k?t=2022

And here’s his website: https://vq37tt.com/

He’s based in Concord, CA but he specializes in remote tuning using data logs. You’ll be in great hands with him.
