Weird SRM (Sport mode issue)

A little background. I just had my 1050x injectors replaced with 1300's and CJM's twin fuel pump set up installed (Walbro 450 and 520 Hellcat) installed. Throttle bodies and mafs were removed for installation of injectors.

On to the tuning side (Ecutek). My car is a 2017 and has very little ROM available in the ecu. I had my ecu re-flashed to a 2015 model with more rom in order to get custom maps.

Now my issue. When I have the SRM (sport mode) on and cruising at any speed, when I lift off the throttle, the rpm's stay at whatever they were when I lifted. If I push in the clutch or put it in neutral there is no change. It acts like the cruise control is on. As soon as I turn the SRM off, the rpm's drop like normal. If I turn the SRM back on, the rpm's rise again. If I'm going downhill and let off the throttle with the SRM on, it surges like it's fighting itself (trying to drop the rpm's but also fighting to keep them steady). Again, as soon as I turn the SRM off it, the rpm's drop and it acts like normal.

I don't know if something with the SRM is keeping the butterflys open or since the Ecutek tune utilizes the cruise controls, the cruise control is being activated with the SRM on. My tuner can't find anything in the tune that should be causing this problem.

Has anyone else had or heard of this issue?
