Ecutek Data logging.
 

When you are logging with Ecutek. Can you look at the logs when done or does it take a parser?

if you are using ECU connect, you can customized display logging of real time data.

Windows: Copy file to hard drive, USB stick, etc. Change extension of copy to "txt" (eg, log.dat becomes log.txt). Double-click on copy's icon (or drag copy's icon to your favorite text editor's icon).

This should open file in your default (or favorite) text editor. If it looks like a bunch of gobbledy-gook, you'll probably need a special reader.

Crap, yeap. You will need a parser.

You should be able to view the logs using the same ecutek software that you use to flash the ecu with.

What are you using to take the logs? My bluetooth dongle saves the logs as a CSV file. Excel and other office programs open these files natively now. Before you would use the import data function in these programs.

So now double clicking on the CSV file, gives me a very readable file:

For Android all these log files are located in /data/data/com.ecutek.ecuconnect/files/Logs

I have the old style cable and dongle. After logging, the software that logs the data will also display it as numbers or graphs. You should be able to do it the same.
