Ecutek doesn't recognize my ecu
Apparently it doesn't work on a 2017. Supercharger build is on hold until they send upgrade. :crying:
|
Bummer! :(
|
Odd, my 2017 worked fine on ecutek. Sorry dude!

Your tuner should be able to send them the necessary stuff to add it. It should not take EcuTek more than a day or two to add it. If there's still install work to be done, there's no reason to put the build on hold.

this happens... mine was the same way. Tuner was able to get it resolved in a few hours.

Seb (Specialty Z) is working with Ecutek on getting it resolved. Install is complete, fuel system pressurized. Ready to run. Hopefully it's resolved next week but it's a short week due to Thanksgiving. It's not a big deal, just getting antsy. :rofl2:

Doesn't recognize a 2017 or a 2018? Just curious as I would think it would recognize a 2017 by now since a 17 would have been out last year in 2016. I'm sure it's simple fix.

Ecutek does recognize my ecu
Just got my base tune sent over from Seb. Car should be running tomorrow morning. We'll do some pulls and send over the logs to Seb for review. I'll be daily driving it (need to break in my clutch) until we can get it over to Seb for final tune. Hopefully within a couple of weeks if he gets an opening (he's a busy guy). It feels good to get the ecu issue resolved. Thank you Seb and Alex at L Spec!
