Nice gains! What kind of Dyno do they use? and how much did you end up paying for the tune if you don't mind me asking?

I believe he charges 500

Elmo370z 02-16-2016 03:31 PM

If you don't mind me asking what was your A/F ratio?

VDesi07 02-16-2016 05:27 PM

Going directly through Martin and driving to him in Tampa, I was charged $450.

Here is my A/F ratio chart. Running an even 13 across my whole rpm band! Redline before tune, blueline after.

the 326 hp number is from dyno jet STD

I'm at 317 hp for SAE

I went back and got my car tuned after seeing VDesi07's pickup... I blame this all on you!

Both dyno graphs are the same, just different corrections. Disregard the other lower hp baseline graphs, those are two different runs.

First image is in STD: 327WHP and 270lbft TQ
Second image is in SAE: Essentially 320whp and 264lbft of TQ

Mods:
Z1 Intakes
AAM Resonated Test Pipes
AAM Midpipes
AAM Short Tails
Tuned.

For the record, the car is too loud and don't like the sound. I need to fix that.

Just sent you a text.

Awesome man! Very similar gains, must mean the mods we both did are bearing similar results. Good to know. I love my sound. Maybe it's the AAM Midppe as I have stock.

It's definitely WHP.

VDesi07 02-18-2016 12:30 PM

Did you get tuned by Martin?

SS_Firehawk 02-18-2016 12:42 PM

Yes
