I couldn't afford that, so got this:

Time index to 1m 20seconds...start there. Or at 2:00 if you don't care about the mechanics. I put one on each wheel, sounds like a V-8.

Wow!! ^^^^

That's awesome. Kid's annoying, but the exhaust is hilarious!

The temp on the 302WHP was more humid LOL ait temp was about the same. The dynno guys were actually surprised I broke 300 :). The test times were the same early morning but a few months apart. No different tuner. I dont think they cross over. The UPREV tuner is a very good one some I know the tuner Vs Tuner is out. ECUTEK just was able to make more WHP.

Both tunes were Etunes also :)

i don't like you anymore... now you're making me want to switch to ecutek lol. it's already going to cost me $900 for this e85 switch

Awesome! wish I had one of those when I was a kid. :yum:

With uprev it's all about the tuner. I bet you I could make more power using uprev then anyone else using ECUTEK and that's a challenge :)

I've been using uprev for the past 6years and have learnt its ins and outs. The only thing I think that's cool with ECUTEK is the guage hijack. Nothing more, nothing less.

+1

Tuning is tuning. The Uprev and the Ecutek are just controllers that modify the ECU, they don't "add" horsepower.

Really...nobody said that tunig makes more horse power...tuning optimizes the the engine and supporting mods to be optimized for efficiency and power...hands down Ecutek does it better because the tuner has more options to modify the the ecu and you get the other drive assist functions that UpRev lacks. Oh well, to each their own...as I prefer the leading edge as apposed to the back edge!!!

Sorry man, LOL

UPREV I thought couldn't tune for E85 something about the timing limit with their software. You might wanna read that thread. You might have to switch.

The bad news is uprev sucks! We couldnt add timing. The map just sucks and i dont want to spend $800 for ecutek's more advance mapping. Guess we'll see if uprev can make something new. Im going back to 93 for now as i lost power. The 93 map just cant burn soon enough to use e85 like it should. We ran the same timing on e85 as we did on 93 and again it lost power.

syno is on here as well and he did lose power because he couldn't get the timing over 28* i think.

i called the tuner here and he said that he has done with uprev and ecutek

Can be done and done effectively are different. If syno could go about 28* why would your tuner?

no two tuners are the same...

there's plenty of people that have e85 with uprev.

Wonka2581 10-26-2015 09:08 AM

ANMVQ 10-27-2015 08:54 AM

Didnt he say the 28* was the UPREV limit and not a tuner issue?
