Has anyone used one of these yet? How accurate have you found it? Would you recommend it? I am thinking about getting one to aid in the road tuning and tweaking I am constantly doing with the car. It would be good to have an accurate acceleration calculation to know whats going on instead of just relying on my a$$ dyno, lol.

thats a pretty awesome device. $429.....hmmmm might be on the list.

I think im going to order it, I looked around online and it seems to be a pretty good setup for guys like us. It would give me something to benchmark my tuning on after making small changes.

i just like how much data it gives you and all on the ihpone right there in your hand.

yeah and it still has all the abilities of the traditional Performance box, its just smaller and actually has double the sample rate of the old larger box. Also its waterproof.

best rt is that it is cheaper lol

i rather see the phone display over that black and green whatever old school display on the regular boxes.

I just ordered it, I really couldn't find any bad reviews from it so why not. The way our track is getting now you only can get like 2-3 runs a week in on it and it takes forever to test the changes you make to the car. This would allow for some 30-80 or whatever you want roll ends that should tell you if your making the correct changes.

yea it would be cool just to have the ability to check the 0-30, 0-60, etc.. at any time. just turn it on, open the app, floor it lol

I have always wanted a VBOX.. just never got around to it. Maybe now is the time. I never noticed this SPORT model before. Would also be great to put it on my bike for practice before taking it to the strip.

We could. I cannot list below retail price by dealer agreement. But I can say that if we had 5 people or more including myself, there would be a break. I dont want to imply any insane discount. Its only a $430 product, so with the percentage based discount it doesn't equate to massive savings.

That said, if we have 5 guys that commit, and are willing to wait out a group buy (i would ETA product in customer hands in roughly 7-10 days from when we say its closed, assuming adequate inventory at manufacturer)... It would be worth it.

that still sounds like a good deal for anyone interested. i may be one of them myself.

Well id be more than happy to post up what I think of it when it shows up. Like I said everything that I could find looked good!
