OK sounds great!

Just a heads up, I might be difficult to reach until Friday. Today I will be running lots of errands but should be around later, and tomorrow I will be out of work all day.

PM me a price when you have time and tell me how you want to be paid. If HP matters the car is at 418whp now and will probably never pass 450whp.

I finally put the fuel pump on this weekend. Less than a year since I got it from phunk, I consider that a small victory. :)

One question though, my pump is a bit noisy. Anyone else have that?

I haven't noticed any extra noise, but I do havr my music up loud alot. Been about 6months installed and a few thousand miles.

Yes, there is a fuel pump whine...I am used to it now. Get a louder exhaust ;-).

Figure now that the pump is right behind you. So you will hear it.

phunk 11-03-2014 06:55 PM

Definitely not uncommon to get a little noticeable whine from a 255lph fuel pump.. especially when its right behind you.

Well got to test out my road race pump this past weekend. All I can say it WOW. I picked up 3.4 seconds on my lap times. It was so awesome.

phunk 11-18-2014 06:00 PM

That is great to hear! The RRP is one of my favorite products simply because the resulting contrast our customers see from it.

It get's its big test Phunk when I drive it in the One Lap of America next year...see how she holds up over 3500 miles and lots of track time!

That is a huge distance! I cant imagine it having any trouble. Might want to peek in there for a visual inspection of how the hoses are holding up, etc.
