This is why I'm currently in the market for a car trailer say so I can go further away from home. Should have one next month. We just bought a Toyota FJ to pull it. So that's out of the way. For long hauls I'll borrow my brothers Duramax.

I will be running at Road Atlanta March 12 with Chin. Got approved from my last session to take solo test. Woot.

Is it expensive to run a fairly stock Z in NASA TT ... class I would guess TB ? I read about the transponder and the liscense fee's but just wondering if it is a real expensive deal to even attempt to qualify for solo and go to a few events a year.

I don't run with NASA. All I've heard is the events are overcrowded and I don't need to do any competitive driving. I'm happy with regular track days.

Unless they change the rule, the z will not be competitive in ttb

If you're not wanting to compete then you just need to spend a few weekends on track with NASA to show that you're competent and safe to get soloed for HPDE.
