VDC black box
I noticed this for the 350Z and wondered if there is an equivalent for our car or if it would work with our car as well. Seems like it would be nice to have out on the track. Here is the description:
The Whiteline 350Z Black Box is a piggy-back control unit that allows full control of how the VDC (Vehicle Dynamic Control) system intervenes. The system has 5 presets or the user can customize one or all of them to his own settings. The user can add or subtract control of the front or rear wheels independently as well as how much VDC is active (from OEM to zero). Instructions and all wiring included. Perfect for the track day enthusiast. For 2003-2006 350Z equipped with VDC only. |
GTM has a traction control unit by race logic setup ready for our car. Has multiple settings for traction and other options I believe.
A few guys have it so far, trying to find some threads on it. |
That would actually be really cool if it works on the 370z! It is also a fraction of the Race Logic controller too.

So the GTM one controls the stability control as well? From what I've noticed the stability control is still active even with traction control off. I noticed it last week out at the dragon when i would be turning while coasting on some of the turns. Nothing near as dramatic as what it does from time to time with traction control off, but still noticeable.

No, it's the ABLS that was active. Stability control shuts off when you hit the VDC off button.
