It was the temps and lack of track experience. It happen to me. Check out my mods down below. The best I ran at EnglishTown with the rest of the guys was a 13.9 at 102ish. The temps where in the high 90's almost 100. Humidity was near 100%. Wanna know what made me happy???? Me and my fellow Z buds were running faster times then SRT8 Challengers, Brand New V8 Camaros, 2000-2001 Trans Am's, and chuck put the smack down several times to a modded C5 Z06. Everyone was running like crap that day, but the Z's where doing it a little better :)

I've heard the opposite. Either way my car has never been on a dyno anyway.

Tuned at zfever in Tampa. They told me mustang dyno is the worst if u wanna see true numbers. It's good if u want to see fake numbers lol.

Usually mustang dynos read lower than dynojet. (However, depending on how the dyno's load is configured, it can skew the numbers a bit).

321RWHP and 102mph traps? God damn.

What #'s did you make before the tune?

:iagree:

Stock, I did 13.7 @ 103mph. Bolt ons and a tune, I did 13.3 @ 107mph with 293whp (my car must be the oppostite of a factory freak, haha).

I'd love to hear this car though...I've always wanted to hear the Meisterschaft exhaust in person.

havent been to track after adding headers and after uprev tune. I will see. These guys that specialize in Z's in Tampa told me Mustang dynos numbers are higher and will not show you the true hp.

germanattitud 08-02-2011 11:57 AM

i mean heat index out there must be 105-110 and oil temp right up at 220-230

Yeah, it will be killer for me. I see 220-240 oil temps just at cruise...

germanattitud 08-02-2011 12:18 PM

exactly. the track is 30 min from me so i get there and pick my nose for an hour waiting til oil temp drops to 180. completely different ball game in winter time.
