You'll see there is a little triangle on the sidewall pointing towards the edge of the tread. The manufacturer suggests that this is the limit of where treadwear should be occurring (beyond that, your driving on the sidewall). It's a poor man's quick way of knowing if you're rolling the tire. A better way to judge pressures is to measure tire temperatures across the tread with a pyrometer.

Maybe it's because I don't have the sway bar, but I can't run anything less than 37psi without rolling over. Also the car felt sloppy without enough prssure

Yeah, the sways might make the difference. They make a really profound change in vehicle dynamics.
