yes chuck from about 3500 ish depending on track condition. yes i power shift the car. usually lower rear tire pressure to about 20-22 lbs.

The 60 ft times have not improved with the drag radials,
The problem is the torque converter. At the line (1800 rpm my back tires are starting to break free. )
I spoke to IPT yesterday afternoon and he soon will be building me a custom converter with a 3500 rpm stall and a VB, upgarde . To buid the entire tranney with converter is 6250.00 Its will handle about 600 rwhp. It should give be .5 of a second.
It will work well with the stage 2 GTM SC. I just have to save the funds for the tranney.
RCZ The battle for the quickist N/A is long from being over. Jnaut is a great guy and i enjoy my conversations with him . Can think of a better guy to run against for the undisputed N/A quickeist 1/4 mile car.
Oh yes and when i get my GTM Sc running i will be coming down to florida so that you and i can settle the SC wars on the drag strip.

That would be worth flying to Florida just to watch this one :tup:

I just checked, DA's were in the 1400 range last night! It barely gets below 2000 in south florida!

Hey Jnaut, think you got the most you can out of gearing? I noticed another site selling 4.11's. After my UD pulley, SSkit, Uprev tuned, Wheels/tires and springs install hopefully this weekend im setting my sights on gears/Dif and possibly flywheel.

Have one pass so far it's sooooooo crowded and I let off twice due to nasty sway from my slicks. It's so cold my tire pressure was at 14 psi.

Waiting for second pass. First was a 13.3@105 and I didn't even shift into 4th. Next one should be good. Pressures at 21 psi in the et streets .. I've been here for 4 hours now and one botched pass. So angry. DA is currently 194!!
