consider using endless brake fluid or castrol srf... motul 660 and not 600... it makes a difference.

Carbon-carbon brakes are what race teams and very high end exotics run, they are great for the track but won’t work on the street bc high initial temp required before they generate friction

Carbon ceramics, aka ccm (carbon ceramic matrix) is what you see on all the road cars. They are great for street driving, can get 100k out of a set of rotors and light track use. But get the temps to iirc 1400f or more and they oxidize, they crack, literally crumble and melt away.

A lot of higher end manufactures are moving away from advertising ccm as the “track day” option and going back to iron disks, cheaper, better, more pad selection etc.

I've read about some people who have the CCM brakes replace them with the cast iron rotors because of money and lack of performance.
