Super lightweight flywheel and clutch

Last I looked I didn't see any off the shelf options for a small, multi disk clutch and flywheel for our cars (for example a Tilton clutch). Anyone know if any companies may have developed a kit for our cars?

As reference, here's a clip I came across of a 350z that has one.

ATI has a twin carbon with extra lightweight flywheel. It is not cheap. I have bought the normal lightweight one for my TT car. They also have external slave cylinders which are Nissan slaves. Contact MA motorsports if you are interested.

As far as I know, OS has a twin plate kit that weights 23 lbs for full assembly (clutches + pressure plate + flywheel).

That's the one I've been looking at.

I got HTR2CD kit, as per my conversation with Japan, it is a new lineup which is lined between STR and TR, it withstand track abuse, yet very driveable in streets. I believe the full assembly weights around 30 lbs. My first findings was, it revs a lot faster than stock :happydance: I tried to get the above one I posted for my friend drift HR 350z but it had a lead time of more than 3 months, so opted for the TR with standard flywheel.

The only issue with OS clutches is, if you already invested in HD CSC or CSC delete kit, you would need to replace it with OS specific.

Thanks for all the input so far.

One thing to note with all the weight talk is that the weights location makes a huge difference. It's really the inertia of the clutch and not it's weight that matters. I should have been a little more clear in my OP.

The smaller the diameter, the faster it will rev. Move the mass closer to the horizontal centerline.
