Static cling door numbers

Who is running static cling door numbers....if so how do they hold up, easy to install? Where did you get them....any pics? Thanks

Static cling, no; reusable vinyl, yes.

Strong enough adhesive keeps them in place but still allows for them to be peeled off without leaving any residue. The individual numbers/letters can have a tendency to want to stretch and then tear if you aren't careful when taking them off (especially if it's hot outside).

Got mine at Welcome to SPS and Solotime!

You can also put magnets on your fender or quarter.

They'll easily last an entire season. First season I used them I had individual numbers and letters. After that I just get one of the "panels" since that makes life easier putting them on and taking them off.

Is there some backer they go on when not using. Thanks for the help

gomer_110 06-02-2018 11:10 PM

The backing paper they initially come on always worked for me. In a pinch you can get away with wax paper from the grocery store even.

I use the reusable vynal individual numbers they hold great but have a tendency to get dirty after a number of removals and need replacement. Got a set of magnetic ones I will try out this weekend in the rain most likely.

I don't think they reusable vinyl but they are really great. I have their number and class decals for different series.
