The whole earlier-than-planned thing ran out due to the move delays but we are expecting to finish right on time as originally planned.

I was bombarded with orders which is of course a good thing. It just made it take almost a month to complete the move since I was doing administrative and packing/shipping 6-7 hours a day. I just got back with the final truck load and dropped off the keys from the old shop.

The CNC wiring is done and I flushed the cooling system and sump today and hope to be cutting by Thursday. 2 operations on 1 part to complete then it's off to anodizing the rest of the pieces.

How's the anodization coming along?

phunk 03-10-2016 02:16 PM

Right now our current goal is to get the parts to anodizing on Monday. We have a mountain of preparation work to do since this batch turned out so large.

That combined with every possible obstacle in setting up from the move!

Hello everyone.

We have an exciting update. Everything is finally back to normal around here and we are finishing up the batch. I would like to thank everyone for their patience and apologize for the delays resulting from the move. We flew right past a couple of our timeline goals due to surprise problems with our CNC equipment after the move. But we are now back in full production and the last operation is finally being completed.

We actually shipped out one RRP already to reservation #8 who preferred to not wait for anodizing.. and he is installed and running already! All the rest of them should be with the anodizer on Monday.

For anyone who wishes to complete their transaction, the page has been updated to accommodate:

CJM Road Race Pump, 370z | CJ Motorsports

You would select "Finish Payment" to cover the remainder due after your deposits. Due to our website automatically charging 13.95 shipping for each order, I have added the coupon code "rrpship" for you to use during checkout to cover the duplicate shipping charge. This code is entered on the second page of checkout that is titled "2: Shipping & Payment".

Our current goal to begin shipping is the first week of April, pending anodizing completion.

Just to be clear: NO FINAL PAYMENTS ARE DUE AT THIS TIME. You are welcome to complete your transactions whenever you wish. We just added the option to the website since we are close enough now that we are comfortable accepting payments.

Thanks everyone!

I will reach out tomorrow and try and apply some pressure. I am very anxious to get these things shipping out the door! Open invoices make my OCD flare up.
