MoTec Price Drops - Dash logging kits

Hey dudes, since this is the section where these will be used most figured I would make a thread.

MoTec Systems just did some pretty big prices drops on a few items, and the one that really caught my attention was the CDL3 Dash Logging kit for the 370Z guys.

For those not familiar with MoTec, they are an advanced engine electronics manufacturer that build systems for high end race cars, or anyone looking to put the best ecu/dash in their car. From top tier race teams (We use all their products in our cars ) to high power street cars these are the go to products.

The CDL3 Track logging kit:

The CDL3 Track Logging Kit is a cost-effective, plug-in Dash Logger solution that offers professional level features without the need for a custom installation. The kit is quick and easy to connect, requiring no previous experience with MoTeC systems. Each component simply plugs into the professionally wired and terminated loom, which is labelled to identify the corresponding connector.

The kit is expandable and can be adapted to suit various applications.

CDL3 Track Logging Kit includes:

-CDL3 Club Dash Logger
-SLM-C Club Shift Light Module
-10 Hz GPS (THIS IS HUGE--Real time tracking and mapping of runs(AutoX, Road Race, etc) No better way to see if your changes to the car are working.)
-Two buttons, pre-wired
-Professional quality plug-in loom, terminated and labelled, with plug-in power adaptor
-Ethernet Cable
-Terminals for wiring in inputs and outputs
-i2 Standard data analysis software

CDL3 Track Kit Options - see Accessories for more details:

-The CDL3 will connect directly to the factory ECU of many late model vehicles using the plug-in OBD-II adaptor, providing access to important engine data.

-Customers with MoTeC ECUs can connect to the CDL3 with our plug-in CAN or RS232adaptors. Some other aftermarket ECUs may also connect with these looms.

-A pre-wired, terminated I/O Loom is available, or customers can make their own.

MoTeC has recently dropped the price of the CDL3 Track Kit by $1200.00 USD. This dash is optioned up with logging, and the 12 input / output feature. In a comparable price range, there is nothing on the market that can touch what this dash has to offer.
Generally speaking, if the question starts with "Can the CDL3 do..." The answer is "Yes".

Below is a basic list of capabilities that the CDL3 Track Kit can offer.
-GPS based data correlation based on track position
-Automatic lap timing at 99% of race tracks in the US and abroad. -The ability to customize warnings and shift light patterns with the supplied MoTeC SLM-C.
-Easy data importing from most ECU's and even factory based OBD systems after 2006 production date.
-Extremely useful and extensive output channel control. (driving relays based on engine information, variable speed pumps (with additional DHB), warning lamps (if you require a Christmas tree dash), basic open loop boost control, and the list goes on...)
The CDL3 with GPS beacon, SLM-C shift light, two button loom, logging enable, and 12 i/o enable is only $2250 USD! (down from $3450!)

PM me to get set up!

Also available as just the dash if there is anyone looking to build their own harness, or is running an aftermarket ECU.

Thanks
-Daelen
