I was also thinking of powder coating the calipers the body colour from the factory red. What do y'all think?

Nooooooo don't. Body color is boring and too dark for a caliper.

I chipped one of my rear calipers putting a wheel on some time last year, so I'd like to get rid of that scar... Lol

Maybe just keep red, or a baby blue, or line green, or neon yellow?

I suggest leaving them the powdercoated red that you have already. Yellow better be an orangey-yellow if it is. Lime yellow would be gross against the blue.
