Which mm should I go with if I'm keeping the stock rims?

Got your message but a stock 370Z is the same as another stock 370Z. I was thinking 15mm in the front & 20mm in the rear, would that be a good set-up?

is there a 10mm Type II spacer?
I want to use it for the rear along with the Volk rims I got now... |
No, the Type II spacers start at 15mm.

Can you use the bolt on spacers for the front wheels on the OEM Sport Package wheels ? I want to do spacers but dont want to make holes or anything...
|
Maybe the 20mm and for sure the 25 mm with type 2 spacers and the sport wheels, but most here wouldn't recommend going higher than 15mm which will not work in type 2 spacers.

What spacers are necessary for the Z front and rear? Anyone know? Also, is realignment or camber change necessary just for spacers?
