so is this a plug and play setup on a 370 z? no pulling/rolling of fenders required? negative camber? im lowered on eibachs.

For the rear you can go MUCH more aggressive then a 10.5+15 and the stock fenders are already rolled.

The front you are safe with the 9.5+25 option they have... If you want aggressive then go +12 fronts in a 9.5 but you may need to keep a decent space in the wheel well or roll the front fenders.

How is fitment with spec 1 if am lowered on swifts? Are they flush or sticking out? How much is spec 1 in the darker graphite to 91007? Do the darker ones come without the machined pockets?

Yes, spec 1 is great for stock suspension. use stock tires. Yes Sp spec can be order, but 8 to 14 weeks wait and $400 more.
