It would still be helpful for you to post he pics that you did get. It just shows the real world look of the wheels in sun, shade and other lights.

Agreed.. Eric post them, I'm ready to pull the trigger.

This is the best I could do!

maybe you shouldn't post those...makes them look purplish..like the ford paint color called mystique. I hope it looks like the last one posted on the black camaro.

Ehh not really like the cobra mystic paint. That has hints of green and blue. But I think your just saying it's kinda that concept which I would agree with.

I think this is an interesting color and looks like light and angle of view plays a big part of the color.

Big J 03-07-2011 07:39 PM

Do you have any idea how close that saphire blue comes to matching our moterey blue cars?

NISMOFO 03-07-2011 09:23 PM

Forgestar machines out the lug holes so you don't scratch the paint when installing lugs. The custom powdercoated wheels like the ones just posted are not like this....you just have to be more careful installing lugs.

For those that opt for the custom colors, it would be sweet if touch up paint was offered since you'll have zero luck match these colors.

I would think most auto paint places could do a paint match and bottle up some touch up paint. Still would be a cool gift though and possibly save some time and frustration.

Its not going to be dead on! If you want to color match it we can do that. I would have to call forgestar and get you a price on color matching.

As for the bronze burst pictures... It was taken with an Iphone in not the best conditions. The wheel changes as you move it around... very hard to get photos of it
