Private Sale section
 

I made a thread a few years back about it and I suppose it got deleted because I cant find it in my threads started.

Is there any plan to separate the private sale section in more specific pages:

wheels, exterior, lights, suspension, engine, exhaust, like my350z, g35driver, myg37, and many other car forums.

I know it wouldnt take a lot of work to implement it and it would make that section a lot cleaner.

The 370z has been around for over 5 years now and things get put up for sale very often, I really think it would be beneficial.

Not enough members traffic this section so its not like there will be an overwhelming response to my thread. Needless to say its a given the members would love it.

I think I remember your post, or a post similar to it.

Personally I wouldn't want it. There's 1-2 pages of new for sale posts listed each day, if they were in sections, I'd have to go to 5+ sections to confirm that I caught everything vs one page and scrolling down. And I'm in the market for everything... At the right price

Since Ak's for keeping things more stream lined it would make more sense to keep it as it is. :ugh2:

Your view in itemizing things would work for specific members but it adds a lot more work for primarily (AK & Me) and other staff to moderate.

We're obviously not like other forums with 50 moderators.

I'll ask once again to see IF he is interested in expanding the classified section or AK can chime in when he can.

How about keeping everything where it is now but color labeling thread titles. Like all wheel/tire for sale threads could be green. Exhaust red etc etc

Trips: I dont really expect it to change but I figured I would throw it out there again

Any type of differentiation would be great. Maybe Im biased since I was on My350z and G35driver way before the370z. I dont really go through the FS section a lot either besides looking at wheels. Thats probably why Im a fan of separate sections too. I have to go through 10-15 pages on here to view most of the current wheels FS.

Trips, instead of a completely different section, could a filter be implemented so people only searching for wheels can look through the wheels.

Posters would need to specify which category their for sale thread is listing from a drop down menu.

If it's a lot of different items I guess it would be be some sort of general for sale thread.
