Vendor Account Problem
 
Hey AK,

Somehow I think my vendor account got switched back to a Premium Member Account...and I've got billed for multiple items ($20 and $15 in addition to my vendor fees). All of a sudden my PM box is full so I can't send/rec messages - even to you. I tried emailing you through the forum and PM on Facebook, with no luck. Please help...

Hi Lohit,
Sorry for the confusion. I believe couple of your old premium membership (when you were theflyest) got activated which took over the sponsor account. I went ahead and canceled both subscriptions. I have also refunded both payment. Now you're back to your Sponsor account. Everything is good on my side. No further action needed on your part as well. Thank you and accept my apology.
