Introduction Forum Redundancy

Great site, love it already! Just one thought here, and it's in regards to the Introduction forum: you have the main "Introduction Forum", with it's own set of threads, and underneath that you have "New Member" and "New 370Z Owner", with their own set of threads. My first post was made in the Intro forum, but I wasn't sure if I should have went under the New Member forum? See where it could be confusing?

Even before I saw this thread I had been thinking the same thing. People post their "hellos" in different forums because of this issue.

Actually New members suppose to post in the "New members" section as soon as they sign up. Then later down the road when they purchase the 370Z, they can make a new thread in "New 370Z Owners" section. Those who posted in "Introduction" forum in general, just didn't follow proper directions but it's fine. It's no big deal. If I were to make separate forum for "new members", "new 370Z owners" ,"new Nismo Z owner", "new 'vert owner" , it will eat up a lot unnecessary forum space. Rather, I made ONE introduction forum and "new member" "new Z owner" sub forums. I will add "new Nismo owner" and "new 'vert owner" sub forum under "Introduction" as they become available to the US public.

Hope this answers your question.

But you have introduction, where people are posting their initial greetings, and then you also have "new forum members" in which people are doing the same.

Yes, you also have new 370 owners on top of that, but I understand that one.

what if a new member signs up and he bought a 370z already...... post in which section????.............lol
