I went by the Lonestardrift event this morning. This is their first points event of the season. Competition doesn't start until like 3PM, and I only had an hour or so to drop by and watch the practice runs around noon. A lot of nice cars, and a lot of local shops in attendance. NST, Neverslo, EngineLogics, etc. Lots of Nissans, mostly 240's and 350's.

Saw 1 white 370Z running in practice, not sure who was in it. Saw another red 370Z in the parking lot on my way out, with the370z.com stickers and a license plate that was something like "PAZD U" :D Didn't see the driver around though, and I had to get on the road at that point.

Got a few videos of some practice runs, maybe I'll edit them up and post them later.

The white 370z is VDC_OFF.

Some shaky cellphone clips from afar. I only found one of VDC_OFF, it's at the end and it was a spinout. I thought I had caught a couple good runs by him as well, but apparently they didn't record, probably operator error :)

the red z is mine, license plate of "IPAZDU" lol i didn't see you out there was out there from about 11-430

New pw sport owner anyone selling any upgrades local they don't want or need anymore?

I was only there for a little while around noon anyways, and wasn't planning to play with the Z there, at least not this time. Maybe next time if my car's all ready to go I'll play around in the practice sessions and see what it's all about, although I think my excessively wide rear tires are probably a hinderance :)

Thinking of going for a drive through the Forrest today. Anyone interested?
