Trying to get a meet time so we can all roll in together, yes we are doing some cooking. Not sure what is all being brought right now.

guru 05-03-2012 02:50 PM

Who is cooking? Should I smoke some cue before hand?

I am unsure, I believe VDC_OFF has said he might be bringing some fajita stuff.

VDC_OFF 05-03-2012 02:57 PM

Im just bringing some meat to pitch in, dont know who is cooking. I would ask Paul. He said he would find out more details by noon today.

Hope to see you there. Keep tuned-in for where we will be meeting-up ahead of time so we can roll-in and park together.

We'll take plenty of pictures. If there's one thing for sure in life, it's that Mo is not camera shy!

Where does the Houston Z crowd hang out at Coffee & Cars relative to Starbucks? Looked and only saw 3 "Z's" last time.

VDC_OFF 06-01-2012 03:57 PM

yeah, we lost our guy who got there early and setup cones. I got there at 6:30 and other cars were parked there. We need to get out there earlier!

ZeeRedZ 06-01-2012 04:16 PM

Thanks Ron, this will be my first attendence with the Z. I usually got in my 2007 SRT Dodge Charger or 2009 SRT Dodge Challenger. See you all there.

Ron 06-01-2012 04:49 PM

Anytime. See u there, be early!

Key word "we". It's become almost impossible to save spaces anymore unless a fairly large number of cars is there before 6:30 am. I'll be there by 6:15 am tomorrow.

It's not the end of the world if we end up parking together in a different spot. Since there are now "non-believers"; i.e. that rogue Mustang and Camaro among our ranks, maybe it's time to find a different spot?

Ron 06-01-2012 06:29 PM

Yes sir, I'll be there.

Excellent! I haven't seen your car since the TT install.

I was at Baker today, and someone referenced "the kid with the twin turbo set-up". :icon17:

MacLean 06-01-2012 07:54 PM

How many people from here are expected to attend this function from this forum I should say? I might head on out depending on when I get in tonight.

Take & post pics please. :) I'll catch y'all next C&C. Also don't forget TWCC on Sunday. It's a little later. Meeting at 830a at the AMF bowling alley so we can all park together. Attachment 48177

It was a pleasure meeting you all today and seeing some beautiful Z's. Got many ideas and things I might want to do. How many of you are running wheel spacers and are they Type 1 or 2? What size are you running if you have them?

After this past event I think our spot is fine, people are starting to learn the Z's park there. Its ok if the GTR's dont want to be seen with their little brother :/ I do have a feeling that this event will change from 7-9 because of the summer heat though.

It was great to see a new face. Sorry, I didn't get more time to chat. :tiphat:

For your car with the Sport Rays, I'd go with 15mm front/20mm rear stud replacement spacers. I ordered my H&R spacers from Stillen, and had them installed at Baker Tuning.

When I swapped to Nismo rims, I had to swap to 10mm in the rear.
