I THINK one person did the intitial screening (which really wasn't that hard); i.e. plain stock versus modded. Then a larger group of at least five did the final judging.

I know there was only one guy that looked at my 370, but there were a bunch of guys pouring over Aaron's car, the eventual 350Z winner.

i think the voting of each class needs to be reevaluated AND the peoples choice was a joke in the fact that they handed out slips to whoever and didnt limit how many votes 1 person had. 1 person shouldnt have 2 votes more or less 10.
