tbh, I'm not exactly sure. I'm moving there as part of the BRAC move with 4 CAB. We are reflagging this month i believe and will be part of 1st AD. I know there will be a white 370Z out there as well from another one of our battalions. so the 370 population will be tripled by october :) I plan on going out to AZ hwy 191 before signing in from leave.

Then you'll be part of 1 CAB if you stay in the AV world over here. They are located on Biggs AAF. I work at one of the BTCs on Biggs. Biggs is basically a new post with all the units out there are in facilities less than 3 yrs old. The CAB is the latest unit to arrive. If you live off post and you are with the CAB find a place with easy access to 375 and 601.

I'll be staying in the barracks. most of the guys are already there though. In my company we have a S2000, G35, 350Z, and myself. From what I'm hearing the barracks there are real nice and there isn't any reason to leave the airfield for anything. Fort Hood was the exact opposite. it was a 20 minute drive from the barracks to the hangar. I'll have to hit you up once i get there. maybe get a G & Z meet & greet/eat going.

Texas 370Z Owners,
I noticed that there are several posts identifying the part of Texas you all are from and thought there must be an easier way to communicate our approximate locations. Are you familiar with ZeeMaps?

Well I created a ZeeMap titled Texas 370Z Owners and ask that you all mark where you all are located. It is easy to do and you do not need to provide the exact location. You can drill down as deep as you feel confortable on the map.

The easiest way is probably to delete your old location and then add a new one. Or I can delete it for you and then you can add the new location. Just send me a PM if you want me to delete it for you.

Well some ppl buy cars purely b/c of the look (my wife included), and that they don't have any genuine interest in cars, or perhaps they just don't have time to join an automotive forum.

There's another white 370z in my apt complex, then there's a MB sport and a 40th at my work place. Just down the street from the office, there's a MB nismo. None of them are on this board. Go figure why the map is so empty. :shakes head:

On that note, I gotta at least make it out to 1 of the car meets.

Well this is the reason I started this thread. Folks do not know who owns a "Z" in their geographic area and the thought is to get folks to know each other. Of course the "Z Forum" helps with this endeavor.
