Mod-friendly dealer in DFW?

So Im looking for a mod-friendly dealer in DFW (preferably near Irving and not funky town).

Also what price range am i look at to have:

a) stainless steel clutch line installed?
b) stainless steel brake line installed?
c) differential fluid change?
d) transmission fluid change?

I got quoted $600 for a (400) & b (200).. Does that sound right?
