yeah i hear ya about the speed limit but you dont have to speed through these turns to enjoy the balance of these cars. i dont really go over the speed limit out there but it's still a blast. let me know if you want to meet up and cruise through there, i havent had this car out there yet. i also just found the selenoid to unplug so the vdc and traction control (slip) is completely off for those of you that like to step the rear end out and do a nice drift without computer interferance

up as a group to head out to Cars and Coffee™ Austin in Leander- this is the last
Sunday of the month

Yea It's quite a bit north of Drippings Springs and the Hill Country proper, but It's south of the river and just north of Bee Caves rd. It's much closer to South Austin than where we usually meet. Good for me, perhaps not so good for others. But maybe I'm not thinking "Texas Big" -- to Texans maybe anything within 20 miles is "just around the corner" :)

Yea that's what I like about twisty roads, you don't have to drive at "straight to jail" speeds to get the thrill of sporty driving.

Maybe we could have a pre-meet meet where those who want to can meet up a couple of hours before the 6:30 meet and do the Lime Creek Drive, then we could head over to meet at 6:30

Also gauging interest in a pre-meet Lime Creek Rd run. Anyone want to meet up around 1.5 hours or so before the 6:30 meet and drive from 2222/620 To Anderson Mill and back. Probably take about 30 minutes or so each way. Plan would be to head to the 6:30 meet from there which would be just down 360 a ways.

i drive 400-700 miles a week for work so anything within 45 min doesnt seem far to me but i understand when people complain about the drive out here i guess. i just love it out here on the lake and being out on the boat all summer is great. guess ill see you guys sat as long as nothing comes up

I meant the location Auston planned for the monthly meet is farther south than we usually meet ... I think most of the folk live up north except for me and austex.

I'd love to go, but my Z is apart due to my stereo install. I'll be delayed for 3 weeks (business trip) so hopefully we'll get to do one of these in November and I'd love to join!

I am going to be out of town for this meet. I saw a yellow Z on 620 when I was at Rudys getting gas, heading on my trip North. Wonder if it was yours
