dealership's body shop

Here's my ordeal right now. Baker Tuning, maybe you can chime in on this and give me some insight.

Back in March I got into an accident with my Nimso Z. Took it to Tom Peacock's body shop for repairs. (I'll have pictures in the end) My passenger side was the side that needed repairs. I received the car back within an hour I had to leave to VA back in May. This past Saturday (26th) was the first time I washed my car in 3 months (2 months at the body shop). While washing, I realized my side skirts were different: one side Nismo and other side regular 370. I was so confused at which side skirt belonged to what so, of course, I did some searching. My driver side shouldn't have been touched at all but it has the regular 370 side skirt on there and the passenger side is ok. Here asking you guys, what should I do? I know I'm going back and see what the hell happened but would like to know what else to do. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Here are the pictures:

I would go back and confront them about it, but its impossible to prove they did anything since you didnt catch the swap right away. We can dam well make sure no one else on the boards uses them tho! Thats absolute garbage! ...and its not like someone walked up while your car was parked on the street somewhere and jacked your car up, took your nismo skirt and replaced it with a stock one! If anything they would have just stolen the skirt and walked away lol.

EDIT: That aside they are a big dealership if i remember right, not sure why they would bother to do such a thing since when its figured out it will just hurt their rep.
