Stay away I had no choice or i was going to rear ended by a SUV and the car would have been totaled. Cost me $75

I don't think so..........based on the pictures and timing there are at least three car lengths between you and the "unseen" SUV you alledge was going to hit you. There is plenty of time for the SUV to avoid you...unless of course the SUV was barreling down on the intersection at 70 in the 35 zone which I doubt of course.

Unbelievable how a person will rationalize their accountability away. Pay the fine, take the points and quit :crying: about it.

Hey cane, If you would have been hit and I showed up on the call I would have been very very sad!

Is anyone else curious as to why the traffic camera is visible in these photos? Is it a decoy?

I've beaten a red light photo ticket here in CA.

First of all the photo shows your car, not who was driving it. The gov has to prove two things: A) that you were the driver and B) as the driver you ran the red light. Without a positive ID I'm not sure how they could prove you guilty.

Secondly if there is a video you can subpoena it for trial, so you can get a copy of it.
