Houston Area.. Looking for a lift for catback install..

Hi,

Is there anyone on the forum in the Houston area with access to a car lift?

I ordered a cat-back exhaust which should be in by the end of the month but can't install at home because I don't have jacks/ramps/lift..

Does anyone have a shop or access to use a car lift? I am very flexible with my time and will gladly pay/tip/buy beer/lunch/dinner for some help.

Thank you so much.

Please just PM me if you can help out. TY!

I have been told AwesomeZ is a very solid shop, the owner has mostly done work on the Zs 300 and before but knows how to do most things even with the modern Z.

You also have Engine logics who I have used for my dyno runs.

Thanks for the tip! I think Im gonna first try to find someone who can let me do the work and use their lift for a "fee". If all fails, I'll just pay for an install.

If you're willing to drive to The Woodlands, I have 4-stands, floor jack and more than just basic tools to do it.

My buddy's shop like Robert has 4 stand, floor jacks and all necessary tools to complete the job. He's located in Pasadena - if you're interested, I'll give you his info.

Yeah Enginelogics did my exhuast and before/after dynos. They had said a 370z had already come in and done a dyno with some intakes that got some O.K. gains..wonder if that was you !

Hey Dreamer, wasn't the owner of Awesome Z at the meet last week? I think him and the wife showed up in a dodge ram.... what is his name? Doug?

theDreamer 10-16-2009 11:03 AM

I believe so, not sure exactly as I never got to talk to them. :(
Also, you know Robert already he was at the meet, he has the black 350z with the carbon fiber hood.
