What Coilovers are up and coming?

To everyone,

We are trying to compile a list of coilovers that should work with this car. Hopefully, it will be similar to the design of the G37. Let me know what insight you guys have?

will the KW V3's like on the G37 be available??

shumby 12-16-2008 02:56 PM

i hope so

I am sure that all of the major players in the 350Z game will have coilovers out for the 370Z. Those with G37 coilovers already will be first to the punch. HKS already has theirs done over in Japan.

the stuff tht fits on the 37 should fit the 370 im pretty sure

THMotorsports 12-24-2008 11:30 AM

Well if the G37 stuff fits the 370 then we have this currently available:

BC Coilovers (not my favorite and have been having problems with G37 coupes)
HKS Hipermax Coilovers - great coilover, a bit overpriced because its HKS, but still awesome
KW Variant 3's - My personal Favorite and German Made!

Oh yes and Stance GR+ Pro's will be out to - the best!

the BC coilovers have rattles and the instructions were garbage...just some really bad diagrams............a few ppl had them installed wrong on the G37...as in upside down

I always prefer the likes of KW and Bilstein over the JDM offerings, but I'm looking forward to the highend offering from the Motons and Ohlins out there.

It would also be nice to see what the race teams develop for the 370 ala truechoice for the 350Z.

G in ny 12-30-2008 04:41 PM

Doubt they will fit and even if they do, the spring rates will be off.

+1,000,000.

I've ridden in cars with a lot of different coilovers...from the generic Megan to customized JIC and Buddy Club and hands down the Germans got the game on lock.

I would be happy with either KW V2 or V3.

The Moton 4-way adjustable kits for the 350Z are $12k.
