:iagree:

Technology and social media has made it far too easy for idiots to express their opinions :shakes head:

Please dont loop millenials into this, this is purely "rich privileged kid" problems. Plenty of our generation had to and are still working for our keep. Max? nah.

That is why I stated it as him being a stereotypical millennial. I have two kids that are millennial and they are not of the norm either. Why, because they were raised right. Max dealing with adversity has all to do with his privilege and not having any real trauma to work through that I know of. He is learning now that it takes more than tenacity, will and desire. It takes poise, calmness, focus and being centered. Knowing that you been there before and that as long as you minimize stupid and stupid doesn't happen your chances for success are high.

You need real support in your run to success. Lewis has Angela and she is freaking amazing. It may look like she is just his personal assistant but she is much, much more. She is his, trainer or physio as they call them, his confidante and mental coach. We all should be so lucky to have Angela to support us.

Hell, Lewis is also a Millennial as well and he makes our point. He not like many of his generation!!!

True you said stereotypical. That’s my miss!

Verstappen is an idiot. Since he has the advantage in a tie breaker, I can see him taking Lewis and himself out in the final race, just to win the championship.

Hamilton will be ready for that.

I know the Max type people very well and you aren't one of them. I would not say it is a millennial thing either. He just has poor character.

I hope so.

On top of that, The last time that happened (1997 Michael attempted to take out Villeneuve), the aggressor was excluded from the championship. Precedent has been set.

If it happens and they let Max keep the championship, I wouldn't blame Lewis for giving F1 the finger and walking away altogether, along with his MASSIVE fanbase.

It would be interesting to see him in Indycar. He'd sell out every race by name alone.

cooltoy 12-06-2021 08:23 PM

True.

I will say this: I have never seen the whole Mercedes AMG team that amped after a race. Even Valterri was hyped for stealing that P3 and he's on his way out. Talk about having a whole team behind you!

That front wing is going to be on display at their HQ for sure.

It was a sloppy race and I think this falls on the FIA more than anyone else, because on a real track half this nonsense would've never occurred. Every overtake was going to be sketchy. We even saw that deliberately handing over a position can go wrong, although I won't discount the idea that Max was being a bit cheeky on where he chose to do that. Predictably second was the best he was going to get all weekend.

Max and Horner next weekend:

The story that no one is really focus on is the medium tire decision for Max by ShiteBull lol. He saw how he could not pull away from LH at all. 1.5 was about the max time delta and LH kept pressing.

Almost 10 laps before the end they died. Totally. The tires were not cut Max said they were gone and they were before any hand over was happening. LH kept fastest lap on the hards.

:hello:Sorry Max your team stuck you on the wrong tire. You feeling lucky.........punk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
