Yea good to see. I really want them to do well. We need them to do well and shake up the grid

they are 3s off with limited power, hopefully they will resolve all those reliability issue for Aussie.

I do want them to be competitive, they have two good drivers.

I am very much worrying about maclaren is going to have the worst start of the season ever..... :(

Yes but after a few races they will be fine. They are open about this race being one to gain mileage on the car.

I am kinda surprised by the persistent of the engine problems, consider they have had so many months to develop the engine, plus maclaren might have given them info on the mercedes power unit.

and honda usually can fix up issue quite quickly.


looking at the result of both FPs, really hope ferrari can give a challenge to the mercedes duo, at least there's something other than medcedes-powered running at the front. :tup:

it will be very interesting to see how will the mercedes drivers handle the 1st corner.

and the battle from 3rd to 7th will be interesting.

not a fan of ferrari but best wish cos they are the only non-mercedes that is competitive. :icon17:

Now the weather is rainy over night in Melbourne so the track will be green and clean. Also it will be 19C / sunny for the race, but about 11 degree's cooler than qualy! Turn 1 with not so warm soft tires - low grip and aggression :)
