Any lowered car friendly Nissan dealers in Socal?

So my car has been idling kinda weird lately and i have to take it in to Nissan to fix under warranty.
The problem is that im pretty low and im scared they might damage something like the exhaust pipes or my front bumper. I would raise it a little but i just got an alignment and i dont wanna get another one.

Where do the lowered Z's in Socal go for service or warranty work?
thx!

Where in socal are you?

Waiz 08-05-2011 12:37 AM

I don't go to dealers, go to Corner 3 instead!

They are a vendor as well:

Corner3 Garage

They are in Lake Forest so not that far from you at all..

yah, i hate it when people say "soCal" because

1) It sucks to be east coast and think South Caroline.

2) Southern California is a pretty big area. Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego is a very big area full of traffic jams. I really doubt a person from San Diego would say Los Angeles is "close".

Corner Garage recommends Irvine Nissan. Maybe check them out.

Juruki 08-06-2011 09:39 AM

thx for the suggestions! Im gonna go to the one on Irvine.

Wouldn't south Carolina be socar? I've never heard anyone make that comparison before.

I believe fontana and West covina nissan are both good.

^^^ thank you for the referral! yes...we have a GT-R lift that allows even "Herra-Frush" cars to drive right on ;) We will even do alignments to your specs!

update

so... i still havent had time to go to the dealer to fix my little warranty issues. After getting the info from the forum i decided to call West Covina Nissan to make and appointment since they are closer to my house.
I mentioned i have aftermarket wheels and told him they are almost new without a scratch on them. I asked him if they would be responsible for any damage to them and he said they wouldnt. Is that how most dealers are? He was kinda rude too and told me to look for another dealer :ugh2:

Juruki 05-07-2012 12:48 PM

I wish i could go to your dealer but its sooo far from me :shakes head:

Re-Up on this thread. Garden Grove Nissan never has a problem with mine. Spoiler is 5-6" in front, can't use a std. jack on sides. Anyone else in SoCal?

I have taken mine to irvine nissan a couple of times. My 350 is lowered and has a lip kit. No problems.

West Covina Nissan is horible! Only go there for parts. I took my old car there for a motor mount replacement. I first checked with parts to make sure they had it in stock so I could have it done in one day. So after taking the day off work to bring the car in, they sat on it the whole day and didnt even touch it. After talking to every manager and bosses boss they had the nerve to tell me bring it back tomorrow. I took it the next day to another dealer and they had the car done by noon no questions asked.

I even went to West Co Nissan when I was buying my Nismo and they didnt even want to run numbers for me. They said are you sure you dont want to look at something else. A bunch of shysters over there. Just sayin.

I would NOT recommend Irvine Nissan to ANYBODY. I brought my car in because it was throwing a P0200 (I think? Can't remember at the moment) code. They had my car for an entire week. They told me my problem was because my car was too low and I had scratches on my cats. That statement makes no sense at all. Also, on the receipt I got, it said the difference between the "in" and "out" mileage was only 7 miles. When I got into my car, my car's odometer had 37 miles above the "out" mileage. I'm pretty sure it doesn't take 40+ miles to diagnose a problem. I brought it up with the service guy and he just shrugged it off.

I have NEVER been back to that dealership since then. I live in Irvine but drive out of my way to LA just because I can't find reputable places to take my car to that are local.

You should just go to Corner3 if you're in Irvine
