GTR R35 + Young Rich Kid + GMR = NO BUENO!!!!!

So this is a post about a video that I saw a few months ago on youtube about a Nissan GTR crashing at glendora mountain road down here in socal. I then went online to look at the LA Times and I find this article...tsk, tsk. I don't know if I should feel sorry for the guy or laugh at his asshattry, anyway, you be the judge:

what i dont get is why in numerous times they called it street racing??
to me he was speeding and lost control

i hate how the media quickly throws that word for speeding accidents
speeding and racing are two different things people!!

I agree, he wasn't racing.
In fact, he could have claimed it as as a "lost control of my vehicle" single-car crash and never committed fraud as the YouTube video would only have backed him up.
