I guess my vote shouldn't count since I'm not going but I've eaten at both a lot.

L&L: pretty good, OG Hawaian place came out here like 10+ years ago. Loco Moco, Musubi's, Chicken Katsu, Short Ribs all = win. Good food but not all that healthy.

Flame Broiler: It's about the only semi-fast good around me that's relatively healthy so I get it a lot to eat at work. Chicken and short ribs are good, beef is decent. But you can do thinks like brown rice, or all veg.

If I were going I'd say Flame Broiler for the healthy options, everyone should like it either way.
