Yo Scott...

Just opened that box you sent over, thanks for getting me those NST pulleys. Not a big deal but I think they sent me a returned set, have a couple little knicks on the Crank pulley but not your fault as it looks like it wasn't opened by you.

I'm sure they will work just fine, almost looks like timing divits but I think someone just tried to beat them on a little and pulled them off.

Anyway, no biggy, just watch for this if other guys opt for NST. Question is, could you check with your shop if they could install these for me early next week? I also have those high temp hoses, may as well have them throw those on too as I cant get under the car for the lower one. See what you can do man and thanks for all your help! If its cool I'll have one of my staff drop it off to you...let me know and looking forward to next Sat.

KillerBee370 12-05-2009 01:16 PM

Indeed. But the rain Gods are only against the 350's. We 370's are safe :)

motoextreme 12-05-2009 04:54 PM

Hey there Scott. If this is bigger then the dealer cares to support just let me know. I'll bring a ton of costco burgers or dogs...really no sweat! Pm me if I can help, looking forward to meeting some new people!

KillerBee370 12-06-2009 05:06 PM

We may dodge a bullet with the weather. It's supposed to rain right up to Sat. but weather.com says Sat. will be partly cloudy with no rain...

keeping my fingers crossed...

Wish I wasn't throwing an X-Mas party at my house that day. :( I would have made the trip down from Vegas to get Scott's autograph.

Let's DO THIS!!! A little rain can't stop us!!

motoextreme 12-07-2009 02:25 PM

Not going to be much fun if its pouring like today. I'm still in but I wanted to check out the others rides.... Snow level comes down any lower and this will be more like an East Coast meet. I heard its at 1500 right now...I think Fontana is just over 1100 or so.

If it snows we could have a Donut competition in the parking lot. If we hit anything Scott will hook us up on parts

motoextreme 12-07-2009 02:28 PM

Speaking of...

Coming back from Big Bear this weekend (I wasn't in the Z) a EVO and Subaru we're in front of me. Tried to hang but you can only go so fast in an SUV. Guys were flying! Surprised too with all the gravel on the roads. The Evo had masking tape all over the lower sides, I suppose to protect from the rocks..

I can't wait for these roads to be clear again, Big Bear in the Z will we one hell of a trip (lots of cops though..)

Today is suppposed to be the bulk of the rain. The 5 day is showing rain on Sat. which is a good thing because like all 5 day's, that's sure to change come Thursday or Friday.

I wouldn't even worry about it.

Remember, the awd Evo has a "gravel", "snow" or "tarmac" setting. :driving:

I'm with you Killer... Had a AWD porsche a long time back, thing was amazing around corners but something to be said for sliding out the rear a little :) Not all of have the whole drifting thing down yet. Not sure I ever will.

You know I'll make a confession here...

I've NEVER been a fan of "drifting". Never understood why you would want to burn through perfectly good rubber and brakes that way. I don't understand the culture and I sure as hell don't understand why you would cut seconds off of a perfectly good lap time by breaking tires loose. But hey, that's just me and I have to admit, I enjoy getting the rear end out from time to time.

phelan 12-07-2009 03:18 PM

I'm a rookie drifter, I like it, it's just fun being on the "edge" I guess :p

zfokaiz 12-07-2009 03:42 PM

I'm with killerbee on this one, it's defiantly fun to be able to get sideways every now and then.

motoextreme 12-07-2009 04:49 PM

Looks like Phelan is our DK for the 370 board!!! HAHAHA

Kidding...

My son loves that damn movie and I swear he's watched it 30 times!!!! I like the cars and girls but sure wish they would hire some actors.

I'd be up for doing it more if someone let me use their car :)

Paul@AEperformance 12-07-2009 05:03 PM

Count me in :hello:

Wait a second.. that's because 350's are a dime a dozen. What a WEAK showing. There should be at least 100 350's.

That's true..you got a point there! Combined this list with our 35 new 370Z's instock, that would bring a total up to 60 + 370Z's...:happydance:
