Think its the IPDM??? A former member had the same issues I am having reading through the link

No, but I can't swear to it.

This has all been hashed out several years ago. Follow the link in my sig and discover how to tell for sure if it's the ESCL and, if it is, how to fix it.

Called Nisan Corp. and they let me know the steering lock recall is still open. Taking the car to the dealer Monday hopefully once they change the unit it fires up!

It was the steering lock problem., Dealer called car is fixed and ready to go

Car needs to be ON (ACC may work, it's been a long time) and steering column unlocked. I suggest pulling the IPDM-E/R as the first step. Turn car on and remove fuse. See link in my sig for more info if needed.
