What's up everyone?

so my associate Khoi and myself were randomly blurting out ideas the other day and spawned something we think could work out well.

We came up with a idea of BeachDayZ.

We are thinking of renting a house/condo to house anywhere from 8-16 or so of us for a long weekend around labor day weekend.

we have already been in talks with multiple southern members (FL, TX, Etc...) about this and have gained a good bit of interest.

For this year's event we are looking into places at the beaches in Florida. we already have a few emails out for places in different locations. one of the front runners based on looks and price is in cocoa beach. still exploring different options and areas. nothing is set in stone yet for location or date.

aside from just having a beach house trip we are also in discussions about possible Z meets, cruise, photo shoots in different locations, etc...

sadly for this meet i personally will be flying for time purposes.

if anyone has any interest or opinions on location/dates please jump in and speak up. PM's to Khoi or myself are fine as well.

Also: if this idea works out well we were thinking of making it a new yearly event. nothing as large scale as ZdayZ or ZnatZ but something that is still a great time with great people and awesome cars. possibly a rotation location event as well. make it so no region on the coast with beaches feels left out.

I'm definitely interested. Not sure I can make time this year, but maybe next year. Or if you make it down to TX (not the best coast, I know), I would definitely be there :tiphat:

if we were gonna do a TX beach i'd say just keep going and hit mexico :tiphat:

Although South Padre isn't too bad, Mexico has much better beaches than Texas for sure. The problem is you probably won't get any Z's to make that drive - I know I won't. I've driven Mexico roads before; they're worse than Louisiana roads :ugh2:

That's a lie! Nothing is worse than Louisiana roads!!

I regret I didn't spend more time at your cabin aside from picking up that shirt; I heard such wonderful things after but never heard that yours was party central! I also don't think you ever hit on our channel, even though you said ya'll cycled frequently :p

Sorry you didn't make it out more but we did go through many random channels along with those we knew. We spammed them all on Friday about drinking, hookah, and beer pong. It worked since we had like 40 people show up lol always next year my friend.

We were on channel 4 with some sub channel way up there so that we wouldn't run the risk of interference...it was always quiet except for us. I wonder if everyone else just stayed on primary channels. Next year I might bring a spare set; one to keep on "1" or to scan around, and one for my clubs.

Lol. I also gotta say Khoi has definitely repped AAM well. I loved 'em before but in the days before and immediately after ZDayZ, he's come through or is about to come through for me. AAM will always have my business, especially if all their employees act like him. :)

Now they just need to make a CF wrapped muffler like Fast Intentions, cuz I love my exhaust but theirs is...just...sooooo....sexy...

James, be prepared for 2014!! We've had some casualties that could not hang with cabin 537!!
