You will definitely know when the battery is at the end of its life. My car battery lasted just over 3 years but my car is in the stable a lot. I use a tender now.

Nut_N_Much 01-31-2013 09:26 AM

What day are we talking about?
Who's stable will we use?
I would like to assist, I have a fluid pump. Zoren: Your sways we could do also. Intakes no problem, F1/EvoR Lights no problem, Exhaust No Problems, Test Pipes may take some time (Demon Bolt) but could do it if needed, Spring Install, Camber Boltz, all do able.

I could bring the Jeep with the Compressor & air tools to make things go quick!!!:tiphat:

Also if anyone is interested in Painting their lights, I could bring my stuff, 30 to 45 min per a light. I can help you brake them open and paint them (free). You bring the paint. I only have 1 set of 90mm Halo XB's but could set it up for someone at cost for the parts.

Will be at the show with Kelly Saturday, don't know if we could do any of this stuff there or not.

Joe

stock batteries are good for about 4 years from what I can tell. I just went with a yellow top optima battery for good measure because of the months I go overseas and it sets.

as far as doing things with the cars. I offer up my place to do the work. thursday or friday next week I can do some things. just depends on the day for me since I work such strange hours.

The pump is for Radiator, Power Steering, Oil etc... Not for brakes, but could put something together with some clear hose and a soda bottle.. Would still need to pump brakes, with some one on the nipples. Haa.. Didn't sound right but you you know what I mean.

I'll be at the show Saturday, if you want to meet us there, we can do it in the lot if you need it that bad!

cptspeed 01-31-2013 01:04 PM

I have a brake bleeder

cptspeed 01-31-2013 01:06 PM

Jeeps are cool. Especially when you have two!

Mr&Mrs 01-31-2013 02:05 PM

Both of ours are 3 years old and still strong. We use tenders I expect 6-7 year life on a tender but we will see. Note: bothe of the cars are garage queens so they do not get started much.

Anyone local interested in a 3" F.I exhaust let me know I will let it go at a good price because it needs a little fab work to refit the factory rear bumper. (I have a guy for that as well) My Zele exhaust should be shipping to me tomorrow or early next week according to Bulletproof.

I do not have room for this and do not really want to ship it so let me know!

Nut_N_Much 01-31-2013 02:12 PM

Kelly wants it, look at his page, He Wants It All !!!:happydance:

Zoren 370 01-31-2013 04:24 PM

Joe would the fluid pump able to drain all the oil inside the Oil cooler?

Nut_N_Much 01-31-2013 04:34 PM

No, but we drain the oil, and pull the cooler if you want. :tiphat: Why do you want to drain it? Not a lot of oil is left in it during an oil change. But if you want to pull it and flush it out we can..

yeah you can do that, I only fully flush mine about once a year (every 4th change. ) that is really all that is needed.

:tiphat: Congrats on your car show win brother.. You will be a Florida legend soon..

Zoren 370 01-31-2013 05:09 PM

Oh ok I just thought the oil left in the cooler needs to be drained as well.
Im fine without flashing it if it's not gonna be an issue.

I am toying of the idea of putting some aftermarket headers on the Z. Would it still give the Z a little more Hp and noise? Do you still have the OEM headers on Sophie or you upgraded already?

After watching Rolex 24 live in Daytona...the Z all of a sudden sounds so quiet to my ears!!! :tiphat:
