Get together with some of the SoCal guys. We have had a number Cali guys make the trek. A caravan with a number of guys will make the drive MUCH more enjoyable.

Im going to try to make it for the drag racing .just not sure how im going to get my drag racing tires there, My have send them bt Fed EX.
Its a 17 hour drive for me.
Will have the GTM stage 2 in the car with meth an 4.08 gears.

^ you could just do your street tires. Even then you would be hard to beat. Unless you are wanting to give some stock GTR a run for there money. Lol
