10:00am - 3:00pm - Park
4:00pm - 6:00pm - Fun Spot


Where we Meet:
We are going to meet at the Southport Community Park. Bring some chips, sandwiches, drinks (non alcoholic), sport balls, table games to have a good time and share. Then we will be heading to the Fun Spot for a really good Go-Kart time! Please let us know who is coming and if you will also be coming out to Fun Spot afterwards.

More Information
For only $5.00 per person, you can partake in the XECOFL provided BBQ. We will be cooking up burgers and hotdogs; water will be provided as well. Pre-registration is required for the BBQ. You may also pre-register any guests at the same time; to do so go to http://www.xecofl.com/event-registration

After we wrap up at the park, we will also be heading out to the Fun Spot.

Fun Spot info:

$25.00 Per person

Ticket price includes:
UNLIMITED on ALL Go-Karts tracks, Thrill rides, Family rides, & Kid Spot rides! + UNLIMITED FreePlay Arcade on 60+ games upstairs! (Arcade Games only before 5 pm)

If you will be attending Fun Spot with us, the $25 per person will be collected prior to entry. We must arrive together.

Not to jump off topic....BUT....I drive to Tampa once a month from Jacksonville and the 45 minute stretch through Orlando is like the Fast and the Furious every freaking time. 55 is the speed limit and people rip at least 70 and at least 3-4 people try and race me each time I drive through. So hilarious but I'm accustomed to it now.....Anyhow, good luck on the turnout it should be a fun event I will try and round up the Jacksonville guys maybe

Thats what I love about Orlando. I was away from Orlando for three years and everybody was so slow wherever I went. I have a heavy foot. ;0 Surprised I never got a ticket in WA since I was always driving faster then everyone else.

I'll be there. Pretty sure tman1985 will be there too but no guarantees there yet.

The All Florida Meet is less than 2 weeks away. For everyone who plans on eating some BBQ make sure to register for the event and pay ahead of time ($5 per person). Just follow the link below and fill out the information. It's very short and easy. Make sure to register and pay for your guests also! Thanks!

Ok people 4 more days for the big All Florida Meet event. The list got updated and final preparations are going to be made by this week. Here is a summary of what's going to happen:

1. This AFM is a get together with games, chat, meet new friends, look and enjoy different rides and have something to eat.
2. XE will be serving Burgers, Hotdogs and Beverage for those who registered and paid. You are welcome to bring your own snacks, food and drinks (non alcoholic)
3. You are welcome to bring your own Board Games, Sport Balls, Electronic Games, Card Games, etc
4. The Event will start around 10:00am and we hope to be done by 2:00pm or 3:00pm. After that, there will be a group that will be heading to Fun Spot for Go Kart fun (remember to bring $25.00 Cash)
5. At night whoever is left is invited to get some Sushi Dinner with us.
6. By the end of the day we hope you had enjoy the day with us and we hope to see you on our next event.

NOTE: We are not sure if pets are allowed or not at the park so please NO pets just in case. We have some people that registered but the site shows as not Paid. Those people will receive an email from us to confirm.

Well I hope to see you all there. Sorry it took me so long to respond but since i know the ya Boy and Osiris are doing a great job here I know I didnt need to be involved. I have a lot on my plate between my own company, my personal time and XE Site, so Im glad I have good people that help out with all these events.

Hey guys, thanks a lot for coming. We had a great time having you. I am updating the Media Gallery from XE since not everyone can view 4G or othe forums and we have pictures everywhere. So I am trying to consolidate.

Either you can send me the pictures and I upload them into our Gallery or you are more than welcome to upload them yourself, is very easy tho and maybe faster if you do it.
