Orlando Monthly Meet (Hosted by XE)
 

Come join us every First Saturday of the Month to talk about cars, future events, and just have a nice, safe time. We decided to do a small meet every month to know each other better and definitely have more quality time as a group. If you can show up please add your name to the list. So here is the information:

Xtreme Events Monthly Meet @ Hooters of Kirkman

When:
Every First Saturday of Every Month

Time:
Meet up -4:00 pm
Dinner- 5:00 pm

Note: If you guys are going to bring along family/friends please let us know how many, so when we reserve a table we have a good estimate of how many chairs we will need. Thanks in advance and any changes to this monthly meet will be posted here.

XE is an open model car club so if your co-worker with a Camry, who likes cars, wants to come along he definitely can. These meets are also family friendly so you can bring the wife, kids, aunts, uncles, brothers, cousins 4 times removed, etc.

I'll be there.

We will be parking in the lot directly to the left of BWW if you pull are entering from 436. Below is a picture depicting where we park. The spots are highlighted/colored in yellow. (The first post has also been updated to include this information.)



For those who are planning on attending, it would be great if you could give me a definite answer by Friday April 1st and if you could PM me your cell phone number in case you get lost, will be coming later, or just so we can stay in touch. Cell Phone communication is much easier than over the forum.

It looks like we will be having a good turn out and have a decent variety of cars Can't wait till this meet happens

Just wanted to update everybody:

The meet is tomorrow and will still be going on. The forecast for tomorrow is 81 with 0% chance of rain. BWW also has indoor seating/covers for their patio so if it rains a little bit we'll be staying dry.

For you first timers make sure to check out the first post to see where the parking is and when you arrive look for the line of cars/ people in black XE shirts.

This was a great meet guys, with a nice set of new faces. We had 7 5th gen Camaros out, 3 370Zs, 2 Lancers, a 240sx, and a G35. The Camaros DOMINATED this meet. It was nice to meet ZedX

Hope to have an even bigger turn out next time!

Cant wait till I am back to Orlando. This is 5 minutes from my place. I will participate when I finally am out of the Army come September. You guys have a much more active list it seems then the NW area.

Well, depending on where in Orlando you're at, there are two Fast and Furious 5 movie meets this Saturday:

1. (north) EI Racing

2. (south) 2011 Apr 30 - Fast Five Movie Meet

Meet was tons of fun like always, and the Z's dominated this time. It was nice to meet you MrJdmNismo as well as your friends. Pictures can be found On our Facebook. There's also a video up there.

We will not be having our monthly meet at BWW this upcoming month (June), instead we will be replacing it with a track meet at Orlando Speed World. Once all the details have been figured out, I'll post up a thread over here.

Ok guys we will once again NOT be meeting at BWW. We will be replacing the BWW meet with a Transformers 3 Meet. The details can be found below. ONCE AGAIN WE WILL NOT BE MEETING AT THE BWW.

Ok XE time for the third part. Let's make it happen. So far our events/meets are getting better and growing.

For those that are lazy like me and don't want to go back to the original post, BWW = Buffalo Wild Wings. That is where XE has it's normal monthly meeting. Will is trying to explain that it will not be held there on July 2nd, but instead, XE is having a movie meet.

No more interruptions from other meets, we're back on schedule for Buffalo Wild Wings.
Next meet will be on August 6th, 2011. Same parking lot and same time as on the original post (4 P.M).
